Career Consulting Worldwide ("CCW", "we", "us") is a boutique HR consultancy based in the European Union. We act as the data controller for any personal data you share with us via this site, email, WhatsApp, or our intake form.

• Professional data: CV, cover letter, employment history, references.
• Communication records: emails, messages, meeting notes.

• Contract — when we deliver services to a client organisation.
• Legitimate interest — to run our business, contact you about relevant roles, and protect against fraud.

We use candidate data exclusively to evaluate fit for current or upcoming opportunities, to introduce you (only with your prior consent) to client organisations, and to keep you informed of relevant roles.

CVs and candidate records are retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your CV is only shared with a client organisation after we have obtained your explicit consent for that specific role. We never sell personal data. Our service providers (cloud storage, email) are GDPR-compliant processors bound by data processing agreements.

Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to clients in Asia), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards to ensure equivalent protection.
